We have pre-trained PRC workers who are ready to join the Electronic Industry sectors in Singapore.
They have undergone major segment (about 70%) of the Singapore ITE syllabus in China and have obtained Certificate of Proficiency in Electronics Skills Training (EST Certificate) to work in Singapore. The proficiency test conducted in China by Singapore invigilators include papers on:

• English Language
• Electronics (NTC-3 level)

While in Singapore, our agency will further arrange to train them for another 48 hours (final remaining syllabus) before seating for Skill Evaluation Test (SET 1) by ITE to qualify for the low-levy scheme. The passing rate for the first test in Singapore is well over 90%. The remaining can be easily cleared with one or two additional tests.

The candidates are Diploma, Technical High School or High School graduates in China and have attended our theory course in electronics, undergone hands-on training based on ITE syllabus, obtained the proficiency certificate and are pre-selected based on their attitude and disciplines. Besides Mandarin, they can also write and speak simply English.

We are an approved agency by Singapore Ministry of Manpower to handle recruitment from China. We will handle all the documentation for Work Permit Processing in Singapore and China.

Workers will be received at the airport and transfer to the hostel that your company assigned. Arrangement for medical clearance and other work permit matter will be attended to by us.

We will arrange for them to attend classes followed by final test for the low-levy scheme.

We will continue to assist in monitoring the progress of the workers and work with your Human Resource Department for a period of two-years.
