students and provide peace of mind for the parents.
Our goals will be achieved by working closely
with stakeholders including students, parents and education providers and in
some cases external agencies to support and encourage students to reach their
academic potential in a safe and secure environment.
AFTER HOURS
Peace of Mind 24 hours a day 7 days a
week
• FEC provides a unique service that allows both students and parentsĄŻ
immediate access to our counselors in crisis management and risk help 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week.
• This unique program is designed to ensure the safety and well being of
the students placed under our care.
• FEC will assist students with: medical emergencies, accidents, major
purchases such as moving house, and any personal issues.
Airport Pick Up
All details (flight numbers, date, etc) relating to airport pick ups must
be received by us as soon as possible & no later than seven (
7 ) days prior to arrival. On arrival, parents receive a call from
their child as soon as we pick up the student at
Education Matter
Evaluate, assess, selection of suitable school
and programme for student under our care. We also register and monitor that the
student receive proper care and attention.
Class Attendance
We work with the student to ensure attendance of no less
than 90 percent which is require by the
Monthly Progress
Meeting
We conduct meeting with the student individually to discuss
their study progress and other issues on a monthly basis at our office. Parent
will be notify if student are not complying with regulation set-up by us so
that early detection to handle problem is possible.
Medical Expenses
Parents are responsible for all hospital,
medical & dental expenses. We encourage parents to make the necessary
medical insurance coverage before student arrival in
